CLIFFORD

This project was developed and built for our client’s vacant lot in order to build a family home that allowed for the open flow of children in and out of the house. Site prep included a 7 foot cut in the grade at the back of the lot featuring concrete retaining walls with drainage. Other highlights include hand fired shou sugi ban cladding, polished concrete, fine craftsman details of steel and reclaimed wood, and structural steel in order to achieve the double cantilever overhang on the front porch.
