This project required transforming a client’s one room studio outbuilding into a 2-bedroom accessory dwelling unit. Care was taken to ensure a fast and smooth permitting process while also maximizing the layout and livability of the 770 square foot home. Highlights include a custom laundry nook, marble countertops and a new slider providing access to the backyard.
