This project required the expansion and down to the studs renovation of a 1983 home for a family of 6. Originally built by Habitat for Humanity, nearly every finish was demolished and replaced, the layout was improved, and a 500 square foot master was added. Highlights include mitered siding corners, custom sourced vanities and a wrap-around Ipe deck with steel railing details.
