These two homes were developed and built as a speculative project. The goal was to create homes that fit within the vernacular of the neighborhood’s many craftsman style kit homes from the early 1900s while providing a program that would accommodate a growing family. Highlights include converted vintage vanities, clay & cement tile finishes, and fine woodworking details including solid oak floating shelves and walnut countertops.
